Nursery Practices

Each stage of growth is carefully monitored, from germination to transplantation, ensuring the plants' health and resilience. Farmers are trained in best practices, including optimal spacing, watering schedules, and pest management, to enhance tree survival rates and yield quality.

Plantation Practices

Our plantations prioritize natural processes to maintain ecological balance. The acidic soil and humid subtropical climate of Assam provide ideal conditions for SANCHI trees, allowing them to grow up to 40 meters in height. We integrate traditional methods with modern agro-techniques to promote healthy tree growth while protecting the surrounding biodiversity.

The natural infection process, triggered by insects like Zeuzera conferta, is a cornerstone of our plantation practice. This insect bores tunnels into the tree trunks, enabling beneficial fungi to enter and initiate the resinification process. Over 6-10 years, these natural interactions produce the rich oleoresins that make Agarwood so valuable. By avoiding chemical interventions, we ensure that our products remain organic, toxin-free, and environmentally friendly.
